The network time server combines a GPS receiver with a WWVB radio receiver. Accurate time is taken from the strongest source. If that fails, the secondary source automatically takes over.

This ensures that your internal network always receives accurate time, making Galleon Systems’ range of dual NTP time servers reliable and dependable.

With a power consumption of 8 Watts, the NTS-4000-GPS-WWVB-R is the most cost-effective dual NTP time server available.

However, it doesn’t compromise on accuracy and security. The time server receives up to 57 NTP requests per second, and the time sent to your internal network is accurate to within 1 microsecond.

Sitting within your firewall, the NTS-4000-GPS-WWVB-R ensures your internal network is safe from external attack. This makes it much more secure than vulnerable, free, public NTP time servers.

Installation is made simple with a single CAT5 Ethernet connection and a backlit LCD screen containing time, radio signal, and GPS signal information. The unit also fits into a standard 19” rack.
